We came back and food is not served in the bar. Glad they could accommodate us in the restaurant after some time. Enjoyed the rest of our stay.”

  • “We were on a four night break around Cork and had planned to stay two nights at the Radisson for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to the heat in the bedroom. We sat in the room for a while with the fan on but could not cope with the level of heat. This hotel does not have air conditioning. The corridors to the bedrooms are also unbearably warm. We arrived from another hotel and departed to a different hotel. Neither of these hotels had air conditioning either but the heat was not a problem for us. I cannot say what the issue was with the Radisson but it certainly needs air conditioning. The staff were very obliging and helpful in their handling of the situation. It was a huge inconvenience for us not to stay as it was getting late and we had dinner arrangements. Management were helpful in us finding an alternative hotel. Naturally they would have preferred us to stay at the Radisson and we would have also preferred to stay. But the heat was crazy there. And the heatwave was over by the time we were there! Five stars though for being so nice and helpful.”

The room was nice big and spacious but there's not enough lighting one of the lamps didn't even work and the tv wasn't working at all. Not enough sockets around the room either. Can be a bit noisy in the mornings with people outside the room. Dinner and breakfast was lovely. Staff are nice. Overall had a good stay”
