“This hotel is in the town good parking good bar good rooms good food however the service from the staff was not good we had breakfast in the hotel the staff took or order for food they didn’t bring it had to ask twice for it then we had lunch at the hotel the same thing happened and to top it all off we had or tea in the hotel and again it happened in fact we stayed for 2 days and everyone of or meals was the same thing happening the servers Would need to pay more attention to what they are doing and not forget about the Guests”

“Me and my husband liked the hotel I booked it for his 40th birthday but the room we got the heating wasn't working all weekend and on the Sunday there was no hot water to have a shower . The lady on the reception had to give us a small heater and a extra blanket because we were freezing we were staying in room 103 . The staff was very nice and the hotel food was lovely . The night before we came home there was a few loud people on our flood slamming door and music loud till 4.30 in the morning and then finely went to sleep then the smoke alarm went off and my husband went down to the reception and the man on it said that someone in room 301 was smoking so we didn't get much sleep . We checked out at 9.45 couldn't wait to go home to have a shower and get some heat and sleep .”

“good clean hotel friendly staff very expensive food but lacking bar facility ie bar was closed on arrival didnt open till after 6 in the evening and residence bar after 12 was closed with residence looking for drink its a pity good location and has the potential to regain ie no music bring your own i suppose when NAMA took over that was enough”

“perfectly fine. the reservation was not sent through by lidl according to receptionist .after forwarding my email and my text confirmation it was sorted .im sure if I didn't have that there would be a problem. it was more time than I would like to spend at a reception desk but receptionist was good.hope it wont be a problem in future as I have stayed there several times.”
